Peytons first horse ride

Peyton got to try out her first horse ride.

She did quite well, the horse bucked a little but she held on.

We put Peyton in her highchair for the first time.... I think she is still a little small for it... what do you think?









She is so funny all her cute little expressions. I would call this one surprise.

Last dip in the pool for the summer

Sadly this was our last dip in the pool for this year. Peyton got to float in her new floaty that Jeff and Krisi got for her.



She is such a big girl floating all by herself.

She was the captain of her own ship, the wind was at her sails and she was sailing.

Did she forget her oars??
No worries little one mommy will pull you back to shore.

Peyton sure loves her Grandpa Jones

Peyton loves her Grandpa Jones she is always so happy when ever he is around.
Grandpa Jones loves little Peyton too. During our camping trip he couldn't put her down. He was so proud to show her off to all the relatives at our family reunion.

Even from their first moments together there was a bond that was undeniable!
"Hi Peyton I'm your grandpa!"

Peyton's first camping trip

Peyton had a lot of fun camping with mommy and daddy. We made smores together and roasted hot dogs over the open fire.
Peyton got to see the ocean for the first time, well she was actually sleeping the whole time so she didn't really see it, but she was there.

Peyton doesn't have much hair so hats are essential to keep her little bald head warm, especially at the coast.
Peyton liked the camp fire she would get all toasty warm and fall asleep in mommy's arms.

Bath time fun!!

Peyton loves the bath, she will splash and wiggle while we try to scrub her clean.






Sometimes she even takes a bath with mommy.










Peyton also loves to be naked (what baby doesn't) She has the cutest little butt, she gets it from her daddy.

Visit with Grandma & Grandpa Mitchell

Peyton got to meet her Grandpa Marvin for the first time this weekend. They had a lot of fun together. She really enjoyed her visit with Grandma and Grandpa Mitchell. They were sad to see her go on Sunday.

Grandma Judy loved holding little Peyton, and Peyton loved Grandma Judy.
